I WILL RISE
On my way home from work, this song came on. I had that end of the day feeling and was feeling beat from a busy day at work. And it was truly amazing how I just tuned everything out and just started really LISTENING to the words of this song.
I find this the genuine work of the Holy Spirit when the words of a simple song can really speak to us at times when we are at our lowest.
I learned that when we have Jesus with the power of the Holy Spirit in our hearts, it only takes that ONE call…No second thoughts…We rise and continue on to our journey with Him. Because we know that the victory is already won because He has risen from the dead.
